Terms of Service

Welcome to Rashuv Technologies. These Master Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual practitioner, healthcare establishment, commercial enterprise, or organizational entity) and Rashuv Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of our corporate portals (rashuv.com), software applications (rmedq.rashuv.com), APIs, and operating platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our websites, registering a clinic account, subscribing to an enterprise tier, or utilizing any of our automated software assistants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an institution, clinic, or corporation, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.

2. Services & Platform Verticals

• RashuvMed • RMedQ: Real-time digital patient ticketing, QR check-in displays, doctor cabin operational consoles, and waiting hall TV streaming. Clinics are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the cloud service during their active subscription term.
• RashuvBiz: Enterprise digital solutions, custom workflow automation, systems integration, and administrative operating infrastructure for commercial enterprises.
• Custom Enterprise Solutions: Bespoke workflow integrations, cloud sync pipelines, and dedicated on-premise edge appliance deployments.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our digital infrastructure strictly in compliance with applicable laws. You shall NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Rashuv proprietary software modules.
• Introduce malicious payloads, automated spiders, scraping scripts, or stress-testing bots against our cloud endpoints without prior written authorization.
• Use the platform to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent communications to clinic patients, customers, or employees.
• Share administrative credentials or bypass multi-factor/passcode authentication gates.

4. Service Availability & Service Level Commitments

We strive to maintain an operational availability target of 99.9% uptime for our production endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We shall not be liable for transient disruptions arising from public internet routing failures, carrier SMS delivery delays, or upstream cloud edge infrastructure outages beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

All patents, copyrights, trademarks, brand assets, proprietary algorithms, interface designs, Bento components, and software architectures published on rashuv.com and rmedq.rashuv.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rashuv Technologies. Your subscription confers a limited operating license and conveys no ownership rights.

6. Billing, Trials & Termination

• Free Trials: Qualified healthcare practices and businesses are eligible for promotional free trial access without upfront payment card requirements.
• Subscription Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cadence as detailed in your plan invoice.
• Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account management desk or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, active access will cease at the conclusion of the paid billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Rashuv Technologies and its directors, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or operational downtime) arising out of or related to your use of the platforms. In all events, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by you to Rashuv Technologies in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction located at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any claims or disputes.
